Complaints, suggestions and acknowledgements

Managing Direction of IVF deeply believes in the continuous improvement of our Corporation. Therefore, we encourage any person or entity that has participated in our activities to communicate any complaint, suggestion or acknowledgement, in order to take actions that can lead us to excellence.

Complaints are writings and communications in which citizens only indicate issues related with provision of services. This especially applies to delays, inattentions or any other deficient operation that implies a low quality in our services.

Suggestions are proposals formulated by citizens, in order to improve the quality of services offered by IVF. This especially applies to those that can contribute to simplify, reduce or remove bureaucratic formalities or improve the satisfaction of our customers.

Lastly, acknowledgements are demonstrations in which citizens express their gratitude or recognize a high quality in our services.

IVF compromises to answer any complaint, suggestion or acknowledgement received.


Citizens can present their complaints, suggestions and acknowledgements in person, by mail, by telephone (961971700), by email ( o by new technological mediums that might appear in the future. Complaints and suggestions need to be accompanied by the necessary documentation.

When this documents are presented with a writing, in person or using post mail, it is possible to use the complaint form available in the electronic site of GVA. In any case, it is required to indicate:

  1. Name and surnames.
  2. Residence, telephone or email, in order to perform notifications.
  3. Facts that are subject of the complaint, suggestion or acknowledgement, in a clear and concise manner. 
  4. Place and date.
  5. Signature.
